Kellie and Keith had a beautiful wedding day on August 6th in Morristown, New Jersey! Check out their gorgeous Princeton University engagement session here.
How stunning are Kellie’s details?! The Hyatt Regency Morristown was the perfect backdrop for Kellie’s stunning gown. You can tell that it’s going to be a fun day when you show up and the bride and all of her bridesmaids are wearing Converse All Stars :)
And how stunning is Kellie?!! She wore such a genuine smile that day – you could tell how excited she was to marry her high school crush (read their adorable love story here!)!! Everything came together perfectly, and her sisters and best friend were all there to help her get ready! And when all else fails, drink wine from a Dunkin coffee cup :)
Keith and his groomsmen got ready at the Mount Freedom Co. 3 Fire Hall, where they had their reception and where Keith is a volunteer firefighter! He was so calm and ready to make Kellie his wife. (And a big thank you to my second shooter Cinnamon for capturing these!)
These two seriously had the best, most sincere smiles throughout the entire ceremony! Just look at the way Keith looked at her as they began to walk down the aisle for the first time as husband and wife.
Their Pastor at Morristown United Methodist Church was just the best!! He is their regular pastor and you could really tell how highly he thought of these two, both as individuals and as a couple, from his sermon. Both of their families were so much fun too – the mother of the bride even whipped out bright red sneakers that matched her daughters’ so she could break it down on the dance floor during the reception!
We took a short break to get a few pictures in a breezeway at the church while we waited for the (thankfully brief!) torrential downpour to finish, and then headed over to Frelinghuysen Arboretum for a few quick portraits of the wedding party and of Keith and Kellie. Their wedding party was a combination of siblings and close friends. They were workin’ it with their Converse All Stars and matching plaid socks!!
Keith and Kellie are one of those couples who are super easy to photograph – their love for each other shines through no matter what I ask them to do! Those ear to ear smiles that they each have whenever they look at each other – yeah, that’s the real deal right there.
Keith and Kellie’s wedding had a Starry Night theme inspired by Vincent van Gogh. Kellie’s sister, Torie, made most of their gorgeous decorations!! You can tell how much work and creativity she put into it – every detail was so unique and so perfect for them!
You can see where Kellie and Keith get their award winning smiles from!
We ran outside for a few minutes after the toasts for a few portraits while the sun was setting – and of course we needed a picture of these two in front of one of the fire trucks that Keith drives as a volunteer firefighter.
These two are such goofballs – I just love it! You can tell from spending just a bit of time with them that nothing makes them happier than just being with each other.
And now – we dance!! Tomardo Entertainment did a spectacular job at getting everyone on the dance floor – and they even provided live music during dinner (I swear, Tomardo sounded just like Frank Sinatra!!) We had so much fun covering this wedding with their amazing videographer, Eric from Creative Unlimited. He was so easy to work with and full of ideas!
And now, it’s time to say goodbye! Quite ironically, half of the sparklers got lit inside of the fire hall, but it was quite the sendoff nevertheless!! Congratulations again to Kellie and Keith on the beginning of what we can tell is going to be a very long and happy marriage!!
